Short Description

In this module you will learn how to present your idea in an effective way to potential customers, investors and partners. We will also look at how to assess risks and the importance of management when launching and running a (social) business, as well as the importance of having a business plan and how to write it. You will learn what legal structures are available for your community-based entrepreneurial idea so you can choose the one that fits the best. While planning how to sustain and scale your business, you will also learn how to reflect on increasing overall organisational performance and how to acquire resources for growth from external sources.
